This was my first micro needling experience and I was very anxious. Ms. Bianca was very quick to access my worries by asking me what were my concerns. She listened and answered my questions. During the procedure, Bianca explained to me what she was doing and repeatedly asked how I was doing which I appreciated. Bianca was personable and professional the entire of my visit. I sensed that she was passionate about her work and she was diligent in ensuring that I had a good experience and I did.
